Help Find Food connects people experiencing food insecurity with nearby food banks, community kitchens, and free meal programs.

Our Story

In Canada, 1 in 5 children experiences food insecurity. Help Find Food was created by community organizers who saw that resources existed — but people couldn't find them. We aggregate food assistance data from across the country into a simple, searchable, always-free platform.

The Team

Community organizers, social workers, and developers who believe technology should serve the most vulnerable. Based in Ottawa, with volunteers nationwide.
