Terms of use
Use Help Find Food responsibly.
Effective August 1, 2026 · Subject to formal legal review before commercial launch.
1. The service
Help Find Food is a discovery and decision-support product. It does not operate restaurants, guarantee program capacity, provide emergency services, or currently complete a reservation, order, or payment unless a future transaction flow expressly says otherwise.
2. Changing information
Menus, prices, hours, availability, accessibility, eligibility, and action destinations can change. Evidence and timestamps help you assess a fact, but you should confirm important details with the venue or provider before travelling, ordering, or relying on them.
3. Dietary and health safety
Dietary, allergen, ingredient, and nutrition information is informational and may be incomplete. It is not medical advice or a guarantee against cross-contact. Confirm serious allergies and health needs directly with qualified people at the venue.
4. Accounts and groups
You are responsible for access to your email and authenticated session. Do not invite someone to a decision room without permission or enter sensitive information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
5. Restaurant claims
Submitting a claim does not prove ownership, grant control, or change public data. You must provide accurate authority evidence and may not impersonate a business. Claims and high-impact updates can require independent review.
6. Community content
Corrections and reviews must be truthful, relevant, and lawful. Do not submit harassment, personal data, manipulated evidence, undisclosed commercial content, or material you do not have a right to provide.
7. Third-party actions
A website, call, directions, reservation, or order link may lead to an independent provider with its own terms and privacy practices. Help Find Food displays the destination before handoff and does not treat a click as a completed outcome.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape contrary to published controls, evade rate limits, probe private systems, introduce malicious code, automate false claims or reviews, interfere with other users, or use the service to discriminate or cause harm.
9. Availability and liability
The service may fail closed when evidence, authentication, or protected infrastructure is unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party facts.
10. Changes and governing review
Material changes will update the effective date and, where required, request renewed consent. These implementation terms require formal legal review before commercial or native-transaction launch.
